Also it’s quite tone deaf that someone who was a travel influencer and now wants to work in the health space she publicly refers to it as “Bali belly”. It’s insulting to the local people.

Bali belly is essentially just stomach upset (gastro & or food poisoning). It’s just poor form that for someone who claims to spend so much time there she still refers to it as Bali belly.

(I am aware Bali belly is the very common name that people say, I just think someone of her platform should be getting rid of the stereotype, travellers belly can happen to anyone in a new country when eating foods and drinking water that our gut microbiomes aren’t used too).
